Bump Merge 3D

Privacy Policy

Effective: October 9, 2026

This policy explains how Bump Merge 3D: Number Blocks (数字撞撞乐, "the game") for iOS collects, uses and protects your information. The game is developed and run by an individual developer ("we"). By using the game you confirm that you have read and agree to this policy.

1. What we do not collect

The game has no accounts and runs no servers of its own. It does not collect your name, phone number, email address, contacts, photos or precise location.

2. Information kept on your device

Level progress, stars, coins, items, skins and themes, the Codex, tasks, check-ins, awards, best scores, and settings such as music, sound, vibration and graphics quality are stored on your device. Uninstalling the game deletes them unless iCloud sync (below) is on.

3. iCloud sync

So that you can get your progress back on a new or reinstalled device, the game syncs it to iCloud key-value storage under your own Apple ID. Apple keeps this data under its privacy policy; we cannot access it. You can turn off iCloud for the game in system settings.

4. In-app purchase

"Remove ads" is bought through the App Store, which handles payment. We never receive your card or payment details; the game only asks the App Store whether the purchase is valid.

5. Ads

The game only offers rewarded videos, which play only when you choose to watch one. There are no banner, interstitial or app-open ads. Ads are provided by Google AdMob, which may collect:

This is used to serve and measure ads, prevent fraud and, with your consent, personalize ads. In the EEA, the UK, Switzerland and some US states the game asks for consent through Google's User Messaging Platform on first launch; you can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options. The game then asks through the App Tracking Transparency prompt whether it may track you. If you decline, you see non-personalized ads.

After you buy "Remove ads" the game never plays an ad, does not start the ad service or ask for tracking permission, and rewards that would need a video are given directly.

For how Google uses this data, see How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.

6. Analytics and crash reports

The game uses these Google Firebase services to improve its quality:

This data is not linked to your identity and is never sold. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months and crash reports for up to 90 days. See Privacy and Security in Firebase.

7. Sharing

We share no information with third parties other than Apple, Google and the services described above, except where the law requires it.

8. Children

The game is meant for a general audience and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child's information has been collected, contact us and we will help remove it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR or California law), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal information. Requests about ad data are handled by Google, and we will help you with them. We reply within 30 days.

10. Security

Data sent between the game and third-party services is encrypted in transit.

11. Changes

If this policy changes, we post the new version on this page and update the effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
