Terms of Use
Welcome to Bump Merge 3D: Number Blocks ("the game"). These terms are an agreement between you and the game's developer ("we"). By downloading, installing or using the game you agree to them. If you do not agree, please stop using and uninstall the game.
1. License
We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the game for non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. Apple's Standard End User License Agreement also applies.
2. Age
The game is meant for a general audience. If you are under the age of majority where you live, use it with a parent's or guardian's permission.
3. Virtual items
Coins, items, skins and themes in the game can only be used in the game. They are earned by playing, cannot be bought with real money, have no real-money value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or sold. We may change how virtual items are earned and priced.
4. In-app purchase
- "Remove ads" is a one-time purchase handled by the App Store. After buying it the game plays no ads and rewards that would need a video are given directly.
- "Remove ads" is tied to your Apple ID. On a new device or after reinstalling, restore it in Settings → Restore purchases.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. A refunded purchase's benefits are removed.
5. Ads
The game contains rewarded video ads from third parties, played only when you choose to watch one. Advertisers are responsible for their ads; we make no promise about the goods or services advertised.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- decompile, reverse engineer, modify or make derivative works of the game, except as the law expressly allows;
- use cheats, scripts or other means to tamper with game data or obtain rewards improperly;
- use the game for anything unlawful.
If you do, we may remove the rewards or benefits involved.
7. Intellectual property
The game's code, levels, art, music, sound, text and trademarks belong to us. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved.
8. Disclaimer
The game is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that saves can never be lost. We recommend keeping iCloud on for the game.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from using or being unable to use the game. Our total liability is limited to what you actually paid for the game. This does not affect consumer rights you have under local law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
10. Changes to the service
We may update, change or discontinue some or all of the game's features. You can end this agreement at any time by uninstalling the game.
11. Changes to these terms
We may change these terms, posting the new version on this page and updating the effective date. Continuing to use the game after a change means you accept it.
